Payment and Billing
a. Payment Terms:
Payment is due as per agreed terms mentioned in invoice or agreement.
b. Billing Disputes:
Any billing issues must be reported promptly for resolution.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the service-based nature of offerings, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or been completed. Refund requests (if any) must be raised on the same day of purchase. Cancellations are only accepted before service initiation. Third-party costs and customized services are non-refundable.Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership:
All intellectual property created by Defog Digital remains its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. Client Content:
All content, data, images, business details, contact information, and materials provided by the client remain the responsibility and property of the client. Defog Digital does not verify the authenticity or legality of such content.
Trademark & Legal Responsibility
Defog Digital develops websites and branding strictly based on the information, content, and instructions provided by the client.
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that business name, logo, branding, and website content do not infringe any trademark, copyright, or legal rights.
We recommend that the client conducts proper trademark verification and registration.
Defog Digital shall not be held liable for any legal disputes, claims, or issues arising in the future related to trademark, branding, or ownership.
Content & Communication Responsibility
Defog Digital is not responsible for any incorrect, misleading, or unlawful content provided by the client, including email addresses, phone numbers, and contact details used on the website. All such information is published as provided by the client.Scope Limitation
Any work or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged additionally.Revisions
The project includes limited revisions as agreed. Additional revisions will be chargeable.Project Timeline
Project timelines depend on timely inputs from the client. Delays from the client side may extend delivery timelines.Access & Credentials

Domain and hosting (if purchased by the client) remain under client ownership. Defog Digital is not responsible for renewal or expiration unless agreed.Handover
Once the project is completed and delivered, any further support or changes will be treated as a new service unless covered under maintenance.Confidentiality
Defog Digital agrees to keep client information confidential and not disclose it without consent.Limitation of Liability

The client is solely responsible for all content, branding, and information used in any digital marketing services, including but not limited to website development, social media management, advertisement campaigns (Meta/Google Ads), Google My Business, brand name, and any other marketing materials.
Defog Digital provides services based on the details and inputs given by the client and does not verify the legal validity, accuracy, or ownership of such content.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on any trademark, copyright, or other legal rights.
Content Responsibility and Website Usage
The client is solely responsible for all content published on the website, including any additions, deletions, or modifications made at any time. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content is accurate, lawful, and regularly monitored.
Defog Digital does not take responsibility for any content-related issues, updates, or changes made on the website.
If any technical assistance or support is required, the client may contact us, and we will try our best to assist from our end.
Webmail and Email Usage Responsibility
Defog Digital may provide webmail/email accounts (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) as part of the service.
Once the email ID and login credentials are shared with the client, it is the client’s responsibility to:
Change/reset the password
Maintain security of the email account
Monitor usage of the email account regularly
Defog Digital shall not be responsible for:
Any misuse, unauthorized access, or inappropriate communication sent through the email account
Any legal issues arising from emails sent using the provided webmail
The client is advised to regularly check their website and email accounts. If any suspicious or inappropriate activity is noticed, the client should take immediate action and inform Defog Digital.
