Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our service or if we fail to meet the agreed-upon deliverables due to reasons within our control, you may request a refund on the same day of purchasing the services. If the refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined based on the extent of dissatisfaction or failure to meet deliverables.
